Couples Therapy Sessions (55 minutes): $175

Couples Therapy Sessions (75 minutes): $235

Cancellation within 48 hours of session will incur a full session fee.

No-show or same day cancellation will incur a full session fee.

Payment is required on day of service.

I accept insurance for individual therapy only and I am in network with MaineCare and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Caring for ourselves and tending to our well-being isn’t always easy or financially accessible. Choosing to engage in counseling and cultivate greater balance is a meaningful investment of time, energy, and financial resources. I offer a limited number of sliding-scale sessions for clients who are not able to afford my full fee at this time. Please reach out to inquire about whether this may be an option for you. I am also glad to help connect you with other resources that may better support your current needs.
